central location friendly staff lack of elevator limited options
the location was perfect for exploring. everything was within a short walk, so that was convienient. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help with directions. i liked the happy hour, it included complimentary wine and prosecco. it created a nice atmosphere.
there weren't an elevator to the front desk, only stairs. the breakfast needed improvement, because the options were limited. also, the ac in my room didn't work great, so the room was too warm.

poor soundproofing insufficient signage
my room lacked proper soundproofing. i could clearly hear noise from the breakfast area starting early each morning. this disturbance affected my sleep quality. also the hotel lacked clear signage making it difficult to locate initially. the taxi driver struggled to find it because of this poor visibility.

The staff was amazing. They were helpful with directions. i enjoyed the complimentary happy hour with prosecco and snacks. the breakfast included fresh pastries. the room had a comfortable bed.
the stairs to the entrance were a bit challenging with luggage.

limited breakfast challenging stairs
I thought the location was excellent, but some things were off. the breakfast needed improvements. It felt quite limited. also, i found the stairs to be quite challenging with my luggage. It was more difficult than i anticipated. the staff tried to assist, but it was still a struggle.
